Celebrating ‘World Storytelling Day’ on March 20th, Anokha Pitara hosted a special storytelling session for children and adults at the Two Good Café in Aundh, Pune. Excerpts from ‘Enchanting Sundarbans’ was read out to the children and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Ms. Devyani Mungali conducts regular storytelling sessions for the students of the Sanskriti Group of Schools (all campuses). She also conducts exclusive storytelling workshops for participants of the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programme conducted by the Group. She believes in empowering educators to bring stories alive and nurturing young minds with creativity and care.
An exclusive storytelling session was held on September 17th 2022 at the Enlit Kids library in Pashan, Pune. Children enjoyed the storytelling with Ms. Devyani Mungali and participated actively in the discussion and activity.
Each saree has a story to tell of tradition, craftsmanship, and love! The Saree book from Anokha Pitara was displayed on sale at the Dastkari Haat Crafts Bazaar held at the beautiful Dutch Palace in Pune from 26th November till 2nd December 2024. Hundreds of people explored the book and what its unique pages had to offer. Anokha Pitara reached out to many people and connected with the saree lovers especially.
